STEP TWO IS GRATITUDE

Learn, practice and master the gift of gratitude.The more you focus on what you are grateful for, the more that will emerge to be grateful for.

Gratitude is a powerful force of energy. Think of it as a magnetic force. In truth, it actually is. You attract to yourself what you focus on. This truth has been known for thousands of years. The secret is to just do it. Believe it or not, when you are able to be grateful for even negative experiences, you have begun to understand the bigger picture of your purpose.

You could never appreciate good health without experiencing illness. You could not appreciate winning if you have never lost. You cannot enjoy love if you have never felt unloved. Simply put, good and bad experiences are part of your personal growth and learning process.

1. Write in your diary one thing (or more!) that you are grateful for every day. Make a point to keep your book by your bed so that it is either the first or last thing you do EACH day.

2. To further instill the understanding of gratitude, read the book, Gratitude-A Way of Life by Louise Hay. Gratitude, a positive emotion, is another powerful energy. By reading about it, you learn more how to harness it in your mindset.
